Your Wellness Express Program is a journey that will help guide you on your healthier life track. It is 10-week program facilitated by your assigned Lifestyle Consultant who will contact you via phone and/or email. The program is tailored to your goals in conjunction with CREATION Health and Fitness for Life programs. Upon enrollment, eligible members will receive a "Wellness Express" workbook in the mail.
