The Wellness Benefit
The Employee Choice, Wellness Our Way, is sponsored by Florida Hospital Healthcare System (FHHS). Based on the principles of CREATION Health, this program has been created to help you improve your overall wellness.
We are offering this program to you completely free of charge, including a free Health Assessment and biometric screening, as well as personal plans for nutrition, exercise, stress, pre-diabetes, pre-cardiac, lifestyle and weight management, obesity, stress management and smoking cessation.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with personal wellness and disease management coaches.
