Orientation Coach Call

Following the completion of both your Health Assessment and your Health Screening, you will receive a call from a coach. During this 15 to 30 minute orientation call, your coach will:

  1. Introduce you to Wellness Our Way.
  2. Answer questions you may have regarding your Health Assessment.
  3. Help you establish your top three health goals (one of which will be your main goal).
  4. Provide you with tools and "next steps" to help you achieve your goal.

If you are categorized as moderate or high-risk, you will participate in ongoing coaching throughout the year. Your coach will help develop the right care plan for you which may include obesity, depression and/or smoking cessation programs. More information about each of these programs is available under Wellness Activities.

If you are participating in telephonic coaching, your coach will contact you with information on how and when you will be able to correspond with them.

After you touch base with your coach, you can print out your personal wellness plan and begin working on your "next steps."


This is a requirement to receive your Quarter 2 incentive
